Is the water pressure in your kitchen sink low? This is most likely just build up of some sort in the aerator at the tip of the kitchen faucet. You can pretty easily check this by unscrewing the tip and cleaning out any debris that might be in the aerator from the water supply. A small wrench might be helpful.
