As a property management company one of our most frequent requests from tenants is to come out and unclog their toilet. I’d say 90% of the time when someone asks us to unclog their toilet after they’ve tried plunging and haven’t dropped a foreign object in the toilet, they just aren’t plumbing the toilet correctly.
