The building is adjacent to our other property at 16 Manhattan Avenue, so residents can use that building’s card-operated 24-hour laundry room and bike storage and enjoy the sweeping views from the rooftop deck. A convenient key fob allows entrance to both buildings.
Another convenience of 32 Varet Street is how close it is to transit. You can catch the J or M trains from the Lorimer Ave stop two blocks away or hop on the G line from the Broadway Ave stop just four blocks further. Plus, the L train at Montrose Avenue station is just 11 minutes away.
It’s easy to access whatever you need in the neighborhood. The largest supermarket in Williamsburg, Food Bazaar, is just across the road. If you don’t feel like cooking, we love local restaurants like Habanero Cafe Mexican Grill, Winona’s, or Caridad China.
